Grow Together: Emerging Leaders is a 6-month leadership development plan for current or future ministry leaders, ages 21–35. The program runs January to June 2026, and is designed to help you grow in your leadership, learn practical ministry skills, and build relationships with both your peers and experienced ministry leaders from the Stuff You Can Use team!

Are you passionate about ministry?

Grow Together: Emerging Leaders is designed specifically for younger leaders (ages 21–35), who are either working in ministry already or are pursuing a future in ministry.



Looking for practical ministry training?

Our program is designed to train you in seven key areas of ministry: discipleship, teaching, volunteers, families, events, environments, and strategic planning.



Ready to grow as a leader?

The Stuff You Can Use executive leadership team will be investing in you personally throughout your 6-month program (January to June 2026), with an entire month focused on helping you hone your leadership skills.



Online Course

Get access to an exclusive 6-month course focused on practical ministry training, with videos, readings, and quizzes for each unit.



Monthly Zoom Calls

Discuss what you’re learning on monthly Zoom calls with other emerging leaders in the program and Stuff You Can Use executives, too!



In-Person Training

For our final session, join the SYCU executive team in person for leadership training, guided conversations, coaching, and more. You will be expected to cover your own expenses including travel & lodging.


